Steering Wheels (Group 6.513)

300 Deluxe
The Chevelle 300 steering wheel was a single color but color coordinated with the interior.

Malibu
The Malibu (above) and Malibu SS (below) steering wheel was the same basic design as the Chevelle 300 but note it's a two-tone color scheme with the interior and a small chrome divider between the colors.

Note that when a white interior was ordered the Malibu SS steering wheel was body color and white.

N34 optional simulated wood steering wheel
The simulated wood plastic steering wheel was available on any 1964 Chevelle as option RPO N34 and the same steering wheel would be carried over to the 1965 and 1966 model years.

Naturally the longer 2-door sedan doors varied some over the 4-door sedan.

The Malibu station wagon shared the same design as the sport coupe/convertible.

Although the 1964 and 1965 Chevelle instrument panels enjoy the same general shape, there are many differences such as trim, emblems, dash pads, switches etc.
